388 Prince of Wales | Building Bio

388 Prince of Wales Drive is another condo that hits the top of my recommended list. As soon as you enter, you feel like you are in such a grand building with huge vaulted ceilings and beautiful finishes.  The building was built by Daniels, one of the most reputable builders in the business, and it shows in the finishes and final product.

The cool part about this condo is that it’s got a ton of amenities for those looking for a unique condo lifestyle.  The ground floor has 2 separate amenity areas. The first area is a lounge room with a pool table and a fooseball table if you want to compete with your friends. The second section has a large gym and a large pool with a hot tub connected to the pool.

The main selling point for this condo, though, had to be the 38th floor lounge and party room area.  This space is so unique and beautiful that it makes me want to live in the building every time I visit the space. It gives you unobstructed views of the lake and the city and offers a great space for those who are looking to work in a space with plenty of sunlight and high ceilings,

The building offers amazing 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and town house layouts which make this building perfect for singles, couples, or families.
